About the Role

Let's Transport is looking for a motivated Area Manager – B2B Sales (Motor Insurance) to expand and manage its B2B Motor Insurance distribution network. The ideal candidate will have experience in agency/channel sales, partner acquisition, and motor insurance business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and activate POSPs, brokers, dealers, and other channel partners.

• Drive new business and motor insurance renewals through the agent network.

• Achieve monthly premium, policy, and lead generation targets.

• Conduct regular field visits to strengthen agent relationships and improve productivity.

• Train channel partners on motor insurance products, renewals, pricing, and digital tools.

• Reactivate inactive agents and improve partner performance.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, agent onboarding, and sales activities in CRM.

• Coordinate with internal sales, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth policy issuance.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in General Insurance or Motor Insurance sales.

• Experience working with POSPs, brokers, dealers, or agency/channel partners.

• Strong field sales and business development experience.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

• Comfortable with extensive local travel.

• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.

• Proficiency in the local language of the assigned territory.

• Basic working knowledge of CRM or sales tracking tools.
