Job Description
Lead FMCG sales operations for an assigned territory in Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 4-6 distributors and 200+ retail outlets
- Achieve volume and value targets
- Execute trade promotions and activations
- Lead and motivate a team of 5-8 Sales Representatives
- Monthly MIS reporting and market intelligence
Requirements & Eligibility
- MBA / Graduate in Sales / Marketing
- 3-6 years FMCG field sales experience
- Strong distributor management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools
- Own vehicle with valid license
