Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners
- Drive sales through partners and meet/exceed targets
- Identify, onboard, and support new channel partners
- Monitor partner performance and implement improvement strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements & Eligibility
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Proven experience in sales or channel sales (BFSI preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented with problem-solving ability
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate partners
