Banking Sales Officer

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Banca Sales Officer to drive insurance sales through bank branches. The role involves building strong relationships with bank staff, handling walk-in customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate business through assigned bank branches
• Promote and sell life insurance products to bank customers
• Build strong relationships with branch managers and staff
• Handle walk-in customers and conduct need-based selling
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain daily sales reports and follow-up with clients
• Provide after-sales service and resolve customer queries
