Job Description
Lead a full-service bank branch to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- P&L responsibility for the branch
- Manage team of 10-15 staff
- Business development — deposits, loans, investments
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines
- Customer grievance resolution
Requirements & Eligibility
- MBA Finance / Post Graduate in Commerce
- 5-8 years banking experience with 2+ years as BM
- Strong knowledge of retail banking products
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- JAIIB / CAIIB preferred
