The business development manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities,
building strong client and partner relationships, and driving growth of the
agency's insurance portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business through active client acquisition and partner tie-ups.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key clients by offering customized
insurance solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, policy
issuance, and service support.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Preference for local candidates
