Job Description
Evaluate and process home loan applications for our NBFC partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Credit appraisal of home loan applications
- Site visits and property evaluation
- Liaise with legal and technical teams
- Achieve monthly disbursement targets
- Maintain portfolio quality
Requirements & Eligibility
- Graduate in Finance / Commerce
- 2-4 years in home loans / LAP / mortgage
- Knowledge of credit bureau reports
- Proficiency in loan origination software
- Strong analytical skills
