We are hiring a dynamic and target-driven professional for the Agency Channel in a leading life insurance company. The role focuses on recruiting, developing, and managing a team of insurance advisors while driving business growth through the agency network.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create and onboard insurance partners.
• Train and develop agents on products, sales techniques, and compliance
• Drive sales through the agency team to achieve monthly & yearly targets
• Support agents in lead generation, client meetings, and closures
• Build strong relationships with agents and ensure retention
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
• Conduct field activities and joint sales calls
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
