ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a Financial Sales Manager to lead the sales team, bring new business, manage customers and achieve sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
• Find new customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Plan and execute sales and marketing activities.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Visit the market and understand customer needs and competition.
• Track team performance and improve sales results.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide proper guidance.
• Prepare sales reports and share updates with management.

CANDIDATE CRITERIA

• Graduation is mandatory.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing / Field Sales.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
• Target-oriented and positive attitude.
• Comfortable with field work and market visits.
