Job Description

Responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships in the assigned territory.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through field visits and direct client interaction.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Convert leads into successful sales closures.
- Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
- Keep records of sales activities and submit timely reports.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Graduation preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or BFSI
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good knowledge of the local area and market
