Job Description

Responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships in the assigned territory.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through field visits and direct client interaction.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
  • Convert leads into successful sales closures.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
  • Keep records of sales activities and submit timely reports.

Requirements & Eligibility

  • Graduation preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or BFSI
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Good knowledge of the local area and market

CTC Offered: 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
