Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of 150-200 clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage portfolio of assigned clients
- Achieve monthly targets for deposits, loans, insurance
- Cross-sell bank products (FD, RD, Savings, Loans)
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Business Administration
- 1-3 years experience in banking / financial services
- Strong communication in English, Hindi, Gujarati
- Knowledge of banking products and regulatory norms
- Own vehicle preferred for client visits
