Sales Manager

The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop sales in the assigned area/territory
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and customers
• Conduct market visits and competitor analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 2 years of experience in BFSI & field sales
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
